I was 28 when I grieved my menstrual bleed for the first time. Though I was by no means trying to conceive, I was devastated to see bright red evidence that this month, my cycle would not manifest its full potential.
As years passed, pressure mounted. I was not yet where I thought I would be. And though I loved my life: I had meaning, purpose and great dreams for my legacy, something was missing.
See, no one had taught me to tend to my fullness as a woman.
Even though I was lucky to have already encountered the mystical world of Feminine Temple Culture and sacred sexuality, I had no training in my female anatomy, physiology or the blueprints they create in a woman's psyche — physically emotionally and spiritually — and the hole that left was palpable.

I'm a single 35-year-old woman. My biggest desire is to be a mom. Fertile Woman is born of my longing and commitment to natural fertility, vitality and my legacy.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the mysteries of womanhood — especially the power held in our sexuality, fertility, and creative capacity.
From childhood games where I packed clothes for a future daughter, to teenage initiations (both empowered and fractured), to the early sexual awakening that broke me open to the divine within my own body. At 24, during my first yoga teacher training, I gave a presentation on the sexual organs that left my mentors saying, “You were born for this.” But the real initiations came offstage — early explorations shaped by alcohol and performance, the rupture of sexual assault at 26, and the quiet heartbreak of fertility grief at 30 when motherhood no longer felt inevitable.
Chapter after chapter revealing deeper layers of what it means to live as a woman in full relationship with her body.
Over the last 11 years, teaching and learning, I’ve followed the thread — through intellectual study, somatic inquiry, and spiritual devotion . What I’ve discovered is that our wombs, our biology and our subtle energy, are instruments of creation — for babies, yes, but also for art, ideas, movements, and legacies.
Fertile Woman is the synthesis of that journey — a space to reclaim fertile health not just as reproductive capacity, but as creative force, spiritual ground, and collective medicine.
