Expect a different kind of yoga lesson, with emphasis on the “why” behind the practice and getting to know the body and its design from the inside out. 

 

Lessons are rooted in the Katonah Yoga ® theory, asana and pranayama practices, with elements of Feldenkrais and other somatic practices. 

 

Expect an intimate experience with lots of personal attention (: 

I hold weekly small group yoga classes in-person & online and also offer private sessions.

Suitable for all levels.

What Elana teaches is much more than “Yoga” as I knew it.

Much more than physical, than the body.

 

What she teaches has mystical, mysterious wisdom. Through her teaching, I understand that there’s a meaning, a connection between the physical and non-physical realms.

 

Where I put my head or my foot matters,and this gives me a drive to straighten, to be comfortable and to open. With the emphasis on pelvis work, I understood that it all starts from here.

 

The practice Elana teaches is connection between the material and the spirit, physical information about how things work, about how the world works and how I can self-realize, manifest and build things in my life. 

 

Elana deeply invests in lessons, I would come at my worst, during the hardest time of my moon-time and leave feeling I'd received a miracle. 

 

I felt really safe, in a protected space, working with you 1:1 is a treat. Elana is someone who's totally with you all the time. From the scared start, we progressed to where it became playful, a return to presence, to vitality.
